The Kosovo Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation is organising the competition “Kosovo and Pan-Albanian Championship in the strength discipline, on 4 October 2026, in the city of Gjilan.
The disciplines are as follows:
-Bench Press
-Deadlift
-Squat
(It is worth noting that the competition will be held separately in each discipline and according to the respective categories).

Schedule:
Competitor registration starts at 09:00, while the competition starts at 10:00.
Categories:
Juniors:
• Up to 20 years of age
• Up to 23 years of age (not yet having turned 23)
Men:
• Up to 70 kg
• Up to 80 kg
• Up to 90 kg
• Up to 100 kg
• Over 100 kg
Women:
• Up to 60 kg
• Up to 70 kg
• Up to 80 kg
